Kylie C. Weaver

Kylie Weaver is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Her practice focuses on real estate, encompassing both commercial and residential transactions. As a Tampa Bay native, Kylie’s knowledge of local neighborhoods and emerging targets for future development provides expertise unlike any other.

Kylie earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. During her time at Stetson, Kylie was a distinguished member of Stetson’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and a decorated negotiator who secured two championship titles at national negotiation competitions. Currently, Kylie serves as an Advocacy Skills Trainer for Stetson’s Dispute Resolution Board, where she prepares law students to compete in negotiation competitions hosted by ABA-accredited law schools around the nation.

Prior to joining Olive Judd, Kylie practiced civil litigation and insurance defense representing both insurance carriers and policyholders in claim disputes. Her practice focused primarily on negotiating early resolutions for multiparty bodily injury claims to avoid future litigation and possible bad-faith exposure.

Kylie graduated from Florida State University in 2019, where she earned dual degrees in Economics and Creative Writing. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local businesses and attending community events in St. Petersburg with her golden retriever, Cashew.
