Kevin Z. Jacobs is more than a transactional attorney-he is a trusted advisor who brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex legal matters while maintaining a strong commitment to family, community, and service. Born and raised in South Florida, Kevin’s career reflects a seamless blend of professional excellence and personal passion.

Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver, where he developed an early interest in real estate and transactional law. He later returned to South Florida to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law.

Throughout his legal career, Kevin has focused on transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate, corporate governance, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. He also regularly advises clients on estate planning, helping individuals and families structure their affairs to protect assets, provide for loved ones, and ensure long-term financial security. Known for his attention to detail and practical mindset, Kevin is dedicated to guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Kevin’s real estate practice is comprehensive and hands-on. He routinely advises clients from contract through closing, including structuring and forming entities to hold title, negotiating and preparing purchase and sale agreements, and reviewing and explaining condominium and due diligence materials. He regularly conducts title review, prepares title objection notices, and works to resolve title issues to ensure clear and insurable ownership. Kevin also coordinates closely with lenders throughout the financing process, assists in the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, and facilitates smooth closings for both buyers and lenders. In addition, he represents clients in leasing matters and proactively addresses issues that arise during the course of a transaction to keep deals on track.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin represented a broad range of clients in sophisticated real estate and corporate transactions, further refining his ability to negotiate and manage high-stakes legal matters.
Outside of his practice, Kevin is deeply devoted to his family. He and his wife, Beth, are proud parents to their two sons, Benjamin and Ethan. Whether coaching sports, enjoying outdoor adventures, or spending quality time together at home, family remains at the center of Kevin’s life. The household also includes their two dogs, Tucker and Pickles, who are very much part of the family.

Kevin is equally committed to giving back. Each November, he participates in Movember to raise awareness for men’s health, mental health, and suicide prevention. He also serves on the board of the Kennedy Kids Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on youth mental health and suicide prevention.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys staying active and competitive, having transitioned from a lifelong passion for tennis to the fast-growing sport of pickleball. He also enjoys skiing and traveling whenever possible.
