Christian Leto is the Director of the Tampa office of Olive | Judd. He joined the firm in 2023 and is a valued member of the litigation team and the transactional team. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, appeals, and corporate transactional matters.
Christian has successfully represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, and business torts. His real estate litigation experience includes landlord-tenant conflicts, property rights issues, and foreclosure actions. In addition to his litigation work, Christian advises businesses on corporate governance and regularly drafts and negotiates operating agreements, shareholder and membership purchase agreements, and commercial leases.
Christian earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, he distinguished himself as a Dean’s Scholar and served as President of both the Federal Bar Association and the Employment and Labor Law Society. He was also a member of the FIU Law Moot Court team.
