Mason Bo is based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mason focuses his practice on estate planning matters, probate and trust administration, and probate litigation.
Mason earned his Juris Doctor, in 2023, from Stetson University College of Law, with a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law. While attending Stetson, Mason participated in the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, which provides Pro Bono advocacy for disabled veterans appealing denials of their VA disability claims. Through this, and a host of other opportunities, Mason gained valuable practical experience which he uses to this day to craft strategic and creative solutions for his clients.
After graduating from Florida State University in 2015, Mason joined Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, where he worked as a real estate paralegal. Here, Mason discovered a passion for assisting clients in navigating major life milestones, which ultimately inspired him to pursue law school. Following law school and admission to the Florida Bar, Mason worked as an Associate Attorney for Banker Lopez Gassler, P.A., where his practice focused on First- and Third-Party insurance defense. Mason worked hand-in-hand with the insureds, insurance companies, and opposing attorneys to reach amicable resolutions to claims and litigation, while still safeguarding his clients’ interests.
In his free time, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren; their daughter, Emilia; and their dog, Scout. Mason, born and raised in Sarasota, FL, is always happy to talk about sports, especially his favorite teams: the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tampa Bay Lightning. Mason is a die-hard fan of Florida State University athletics; having personally witnessed the good ole days and their last football national championship in 2013, as a student. Mason, also, enjoys cooking, reading, catching the latest movie, and walking the Riverwalk in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
