Kristy E. Armada is a partner at Olive Judd. Her practice focuses on land use, real estate, restaurant representation, and commercial litigation. She provides advice and counsel during the various stages of the development approval process. Kristy has a broad knowledge of local development with regard to managing projects through the government entitlement process by addressing land use and related issues. Her responsibilities with development projects involve the coordination of multiple design professionals, creating approval and entitlement strategies, working with elected officials and city staff, and obtaining the required development rights.
Additionally, Kristy represents many restaurants throughout the country. She brings knowledge and experience to the table when providing legal services for clients in the restaurant/hospitality industry. Her practice applies to the unique needs of restaurateurs, early-stage restaurant companies, restaurant chains, licensors, and hoteliers. Kristy is experienced in a variety of business and corporate, real estate and land use, labor and employment, and litigation matters.
Kristy completed both her B.S. and J.D. at the University of Florida. She went on to earn her LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.
