Ethan M. Schnaper

Ethan Schnaper is a dedicated and detail-oriented attorney with a strong foundation in corporate law and tax. A graduate of Emory University School of Law with honors, Ethan also completed the prestigious Transactional Law Certificate Program, equipping him with specialized expertise in business transactions, corporate governance, and legal strategy.

Mr. Schnaper brings a unique perspective to corporate law, having served with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business, and International Division, where he developed deep expertise in complex tax matters affecting multinational corporations and large business entities. This government experience provides him with invaluable insight into tax compliance, controversy resolution, and strategic tax planning.

Currently, Ethan focuses his practice on real estate transactions and development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial litigation. His multidisciplinary approach and commitment to excellence make him a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals navigating sophisticated legal challenges.
